After close to a month, I received my custom bar clamps from PCBWay. The timing was thrown off by the Chinese New Year, which put a two week delay into the process more or less. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience ordering from them. The CNC order process did have some options that I don’t quite understand pertaining to the surface finish quality, but I opted for a modest upgrade over standard and am happy with the results.

The parts cost around $180 total, and are spot on to the design. I did a dry fit with the top yoke and everything seems to be exactly as desired. The only thing I was unable to source easily was the partially threaded rod I had hoped to use so they would be similar to the stock bar clamps. McMasterCarr had fully threaded rod that worked fine. I used red thread locker to install them permanently into the clamps. After a quick touch up with ScotchBrite, the parts look great and are ready to install.
I’ve got them on the bike and the K75 dash added. No issues and I am happy with the result. The dash is secure and the clamps would only standout to someone who knows what to look for on an airhead.
